Sneak Peek

As some of you may know, we moved into our new digs last October. The remodeling process on this house is much like our former residence... but 10x More Work!!! I guess we really didn't calculate that having more space means more space to remodel. At any rate, we are still working hard to get this baby in tip-top soon. Here is a sneak peak of the guest bedroom. We won't start taking reservations until early March though;)

We just moved to a new neighborhood, 2 blocks west on the same street! Needless to say we have been extremely busy with remodeling (sneak peek pics coming soon:) But we were so excited when our neighbor's daughter called on us to be her wedding photographers. She didn't know we were neighbors until after she booked us - what a hoot!


We wish both Becky and Mike the best as they begin their lives together and look forward to taking some more pics of that adorable baby they have!!!

Shanna Says YES!

Not only did Shanna agree to marry David, she agreed to have THE SPOTT photograph her wedding!!!!

Shanna wanted to make sure The Spott was the perfect photography group for them, so she agreed to an engagement session before commiting to booking us for the wedding.

Yesterday she confirmed her date and booked us as her wedding photographers! We couldn't be more excited about these two. We really look forward to their wedding in 2008!

We're Baaaaaaaack!

One of my new year's resolutions was to make sure I blog more often. With all of the busy business last year I found it hard to keep up with the blogging. But I assure you all, this year will be different:)

I didn't really know where to start so I thought our last wedding would be just right. It was our last wedding of 2006 and it was a blast.

Keri and Matt were one of the nicest couples we have had the pleasure of working for.

We are very excited about destination weddings. While visiting the island of Oahu we were constantly scoping out the hot spots for where to take our brides and grooms!!!

It is our hope/goal to be shooting destinations in 2008! If you are interested in booking us for YOUR destination wedding we would love to go over the details with you;)

Sue & Tim

Sue and Tim are a wonderful couple from the West Bend area. Steven and I had the honor of witnessing the union of the two at our favorite local venue - The Wedding Gardens. The Gardens not only offers a unique backdrop to take wedding portraits, but also little "touches" - like the signing of the wall and the kids ringing the bells after ceremony. It was a joyous event and we wish the two many blessings in their new marriage!
